Do you work on a per project basis? What if I need ongoing support?
The preferred fee structure is a Retainer Agreement. For those clients who want to insure that they have a guaranteed amount of my time per month, this is the best option. I have a minimum requirement of 10 hours per month for retainer clients (with additional hours billed at a special reduced hourly rate).
For those clients who are unsure of the number of my hours they will need each month, I offer a "Pay As You Go" option. With this option, you'll be billed for the hours I work with you each month without any minimum requirements. The downside is that I cannot always guarantee that I will be available for all the hours you need.
How will I be billed?
All invoicing is done via email.
